RRB Group D Syllabus: Railways Has Released The Notification For More Than 32 Thousand Posts Of Group D, Along With Which The Application Process Has Also Started. Let’s Know About The Syllabus, Exam Pattern And Selection Process Of This Recruitment Exam.
RRB Group D Syllabus
Exam Pattern:
As Per RRB Group D Exam Pattern, It Will Be Conducted As A Computer Based Test (CBT) In Which All The Questions Will Be Of Multiple Choice Objective Type. There Will Be A Total Of 100 Questions In The Exam And The Total Time Will Be 90 Minutes. While For Pwbd Candidates The Exam Duration Will Be 120 Minutes With Scribe. It Will Have 25 Questions Each From General Science And Mathematics, 30 Questions From General Intelligence And Reasoning And 20 Questions From General Awareness And Current Affairs. 1 Mark Will Be Awarded For Each Correct Answer, While 1/3 Mark Will Be Deducted For Each Wrong Answer.

- Mathematics
- General Awareness and Current Affairs
Selection Process:
- Computer Based Test (CBT),
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
The Process Of Normalization Of Marks Will Be Applicable In CBT. After The CBT Exam, The Successful Candidates Will Be Called For The Physical Efficiency Test, Where They Will Have To Undergo Physical Tests. After This, The Verification Process Of The Documents Will Take Place.
Female candidates: Should Be Able To Lift And Carry A Weight Of 20 Kg For 100 Meters In 2 Minutes Without Putting The Weight Down And Should Be Able To Run 1000 Meters In 5 Minutes And 40 Seconds.
Passing Mark:
- GEN/ EWS: 40%
- OBC/SC/ ST: 30%
