There are two different forms to get the benefit of Ganga Swarupa Economic Assistance Scheme. In which, beneficiaries with BPL card can apply in Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme(IGNWPS) . And in Destitute Widow Pension Scheme(DWPS), any widow beneficiary who falls within the income limit can apply. The application form is as follows.
