RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 : RRB Group D Recruitment 2026: There is good news for the candidates who want to get a government job in Indian Railways. Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced a massive recruitment of Group D for various posts under Level-1 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix . Approximately more than 22,000 posts will be filled through this centralized recruitment advertisement (CEN No. 09/2025).
Candidates with 10th pass or ITI qualification can apply for this recruitment. Selected candidates will be appointed on posts like Assistant (Various Technical Departments), Track Maintainer Grade-IV and Pointsman in various departments of Railways. The process of applying online will start from 21 January 2026 and the last date will be 20 February 2026 .

Educational Qualification and Age Limit
- Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Class-10 (SSC) from a recognized board or should have ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institution.
- Age Limit: The candidate’s age should generally be between 18 to 33 years. (Reserved category candidates are eligible for relaxation in age limit as per Railway rules).
