How to Check Ration Card KYC Status Online
The “My Ration” mobile application can be used for ration card eKYC in the state of Gujarat. This process can be done from your smartphone while sitting at home.
Steps:
- Download “My Ration” App: Download the “My Ration” app from Google Play Store.
- Login/Register:
- Enter your mobile number in the app and verify by entering the OTP.
- Go to your profile and set a password.
- Link Ration Card:
- Click on the “PROFILE” option on the home page.
- Select the “Link Ration Card” option.
- Enter your ration card number and the last four digits of your Aadhaar card and select “Link your ration card”.
- Start the eKYC process:
- Select the “Aadhaar e-KYC” option on the home page.
- If you do not have “Aadhaar FaceRd App” downloaded on your mobile, click on the link shown on the screen to download it.
- After opening the “Aadhaar FaceRd App”, take a selfie of the person whose eKYC is to be done. The selfie should be within the green border and the eyes should be open.
- After the face is successfully captured, click on the “Send details for approval” option.
- Submit: Your details will be sent to the relevant supply office for approval.
Important notes:
- The eKYC process is completely free. There is no need to pay any money to any agent or dealer.
- For eKYC, only the details of ration card number, mobile number and Aadhaar number need to be provided. There is no need to provide copies of any documents or bank account details.
- If you cannot do eKYC online, you can also do eKYC through biometric authentication through VCE at the Mamlatdar/Zonal office at the Taluka level or at the e-Gram Kendra at the rural level.

The option to check your eKYC status may be available in the “My Ration” app or on the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies Department of the State of Gujarat.
