Gujarat Weather Forecast In August 2024: Heavy rains in Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi have flooded many areas. 14 states are still under heavy rainfall alert by the Meteorological Department. Rain has been recorded in 153 talukas in the state in the last 24 hours. Anand’s enclave received 2 inches of rain. Khergam received 1/4 inch of rain, Dehgam received 1 inch of rain. Vadodara, Waghodia, Walia received a quarter of an inch of rain. So Petlad, Valsad, Halvad, Garudeshwar recorded quarter of an inch.

Where is the rain forecast today?

Light to moderate rain is predicted in some districts in the state today. Meteorological department said that there is rain in Ahmedabad since early morning. Light to moderate gusts are forecast till next August 14. Rainy conditions will prevail due to offshore trough. A boat cast bulletin has been announced for the next three hours due to rain. Rain is predicted in some areas of the state from 7 am to 10 am. Bhavnagar and Amreli are forecasted with thundershowers. So light rain is forecast in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Banaskantha, Bharuch, Panchmahal, Chotaudepur, Mahisagar, Kheda, Dahod, Narmada, Dang, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad.
