Gujarat Forest Guard Result 2024: Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board held the GSSSB Forest Guard Exam 2024 in the Computer Based Test mode from 8 to 27 February. The result as merit list is all set to be released officially in the third week of July 2024, shortly after that a direct link to access the PDF file will be activated below.

Against only 823 vacancies of Forest Guard in the Gujarat Forest Department, a vast number of candidates had applied and taken part in the CBT, the first stage of selection process, held from 8 to 28 February 2024. Evaluation process of the response sheet is almost completed and now the result is going to be released on the respective webportal most probably in July 2024.
The second stage of the selection process for recruitment of Forest Guard in the Gujarat Forest Department is Physical Efficiency and Standard Test. Candidates who took part in the Computer Based Test from 8 to 27 February 2024 are hereby notified that the qualified candidates will be called for it. The result is going to display the details of aspirants who will have passed the CBT.
GSSSB Forest Guard Merit List 2024
The merit list for the GSSSB Forest Guard Exam 2024, prepared based on the candidates’ performance in the CBT, will soon be released. By downloading it, candidates will be able easily determine their eligibility for the next phase of the recruitment process. It will include details of those who have passed the CBT, thereby confirming their advancement to the PST/PET.
The merit list for the post Forest Guard will be available for download on the official website at https://gsssb.gujarat.gov.in/. Candidates will have to visit this web portal to access the result gazette, which will include the roll numbers of those who have qualified. Basically it will help candidates determine their eligibility to participate in the second stage of the selection process.
Gujarat Forest Guard Cut Off 2024
The cut-off for the GSSSB Forest Guard Exam 2024 will be released alongside the result, which represents the minimum scores required for candidates to be declared successful in the CBT and to be eligible for the PST/PET. The cut-off for various categories, including UR, OBC, SC, ST, and EWS, will be provided on the last page of the result gazette.
The expected cut-off marks for the post of Forest Guard to pass the CBT are likely to be between 123 and 134 out of 200 for the General category. Once the results are officially announced by the GSSSB, we will update the minimum requirement details by creating a table above to provide a clear breakdown of the cut-off marks for all categories.

- Go to the official website of the Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board.
- On the web portal of GSSSB, find and click on the option of Result.
- Lookout for an option that reads ‘Forest/202223/1 – વન રક્ષક (Forest Guard) – PST/PET List & Programme,’ hit on it to download the PDF file.
- Open the PDF file of the result, search your Roll Number, Confirmation Number or Name to check that you have been shortlisted for PST/PET or not.
