GSSSB Mines Supervisor Recruitment 2025: Application Fee
- The standard of examination fee for all direct recruitment examinations conducted by Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board will be as per the official notification.
- All candidates will have to pay the fee online only.
- Debit card, internet banking, UPI or wallets can be used to pay fees online.
- Candidates who pay the fee online will have to pay the transaction fee as per the rules.
- If the examination fee is not paid, the application will not be considered valid and will be canceled.
- Candidates who appear for the exam will be eligible for a refund of the exam fee.
- Candidates who do not appear for the examination will not be entitled to a refund of the examination fee.
Selection Process
The selection process for the post of Mines Supervisor, Class-3 will be as follows:
- Competitive Written Examination: The examination will be conducted in a single stage using objective-based MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) type CBRT / OMR method.
- The exam will be conducted in two parts: Part-A and Part-B.
- Part-A (Total 60 marks):
- Logical tests and Data Interpretation (30 marks)
- Mathematical tests (30 marks)
- Part-B (Total 150 marks):
- Constitution of India, Current Affairs, Gujarati and English Comprehension (30 marks)
- Questions related to the relevant topic and its applicability (120 marks)
- Part-A (Total 60 marks):
- A total of 210 questions (60 in Part-A, 150 in Part-B) will be asked.
- A total of 3 hours (180 minutes) will be allotted for both Part-A and Part-B combined.
- Negative marking system will be adopted, in which 1/4 marks will be deducted in case of wrong answer.
- The provisional answer key will be published after the examination is completed, and the final answer key will be published after considering the objections.
- Document Verification: After the provisional results, approximately twice as many candidates will be called for verification of certificates based on the total marks.
- Final Merit List: After document verification, a selection list will be published considering the merit-based category-wise vacancies, taking into account the marks obtained.
