Where and how to get farmer registration done?
- You can register through VCE at the e-Dhara center in the Gram Panchayat.
- The farmer himself can register on the Farmer Registry Portal https://gjfr.agristack.gov.in .
How to do farmer registration?
Choosing a Framer Registry Website (State-wise)
- Type “ AgriStack” in your browser .
- Gujarat Website : For Gujarat, ( https://gjfr.agristack.gov.in/ ) Click on the Gujarat link for farmer registration.
Important : You cannot change the state once you register, so make sure you fill out the form on the correct website.
Registration process
- Farmers of Gujarat click on the site https://gjfr.agristack.gov.in/ and click on farmer registration .
- Create a new account – Click on “Create New Account”.
- Aadhaar Number : Enter your Aadhaar number and submit.
- OTP Verification : After entering the Aadhaar number, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile. Enter this OTP.
- Mobile Number Verification : After this, verify your mobile number through another OTP process.
Creating an account
- After verification, create your password .
- Enter the password in both fields and create your account.
- After successfully creating an account, you will be redirected to the homepage.
Login
- After creating an account, log in using your mobile number and password .
- You will have to enter the CAPTCHA code and click Login .
Filling out the form
After logging in, the farmer registration form will appear.
- Name : Your name will be automatically retrieved from Aadhaar. You can edit it if required.
- Category : Select your category (SC, ST, OBC, General etc.).
- Father’s Name / Husband’s Name : If you are a man, enter your father’s name, and if you are a woman, enter your husband’s name.
Other details :
- Photo : Your photo will be displayed as per Aadhaar card.
- Authority Proof : You will have to fill other information like PAN card, bank details etc.
- Disability : If applicable, select the disability and fill in the information accordingly.
Address :
- Your permanent address will be automatically populated from Aadhaar.
- Edit/update the address if it is incorrect.
- District , Taluka , Village : Select your district, taluka and village.
- Then , select “Owner” in Land Ownership .
- Tick both Agriculture and Land Owning Farmers.
- Fetch Land details – Click on.
Land ownership details
- If you are the land owner , select Land Owner and fill in the details about your land.
- Agriculture Type : If you are associated with agriculture, then select Agriculture .
- Land Survey Number : Enter the survey number of your land and submit.
Important : If you have land in different areas, enter the details of each survey number.
Verify land details
- Verify Land Ownership : After entering all the land details, click on Verify All Land .
- The system will verify and verify all land records .
Completing registration
- After verifying all the information, click Save or Submit .
- Farmer Consent : Agree to the registration terms by clicking on “Farmer Consent”.
- E-Signature : You will need to complete the e-signature process.
- Aadhaar OTP : You will receive an OTP for Aadhaar verification. Enter the OTP and click on Submit .
Completing the process
- After registration, you will get a farmer ID .
- You can download the land registration PDF and save or print it for future reference.
