Eligibility Criteria & other Details
Accountant-Data Operator (PHC)
- Education Qualification : Graduate in Commerce (Account) with Diploma / Certificate in Computer application. Knowledge of computer software (Accounting Software/MS Office etc) and hardware. Basic skills in office management and filling system. Good typing and data entry skills in English and Gujarati. Minimum 1 Years Work Experience.
- Age Limit : 45 Years.
- Salary : Rs. 20,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
Nutrition Assistant (Female)
- Education Qualification : M.Sc/B.Sc food and Nutrition/MA/BA Home Science (Nutrition) should be done with subject. Basic Knowledge of computer is a must. MSc/BSc (food and nutrition) will be given priority.
- Age Limit : 45 Years
- Salary : Rs. 16,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
Community Health Officer (CHO)
- Education Qualification : First priority will be given to binded candidates who have passed CCCH from SIHFW Vadodara and IIPH Gandinagar along with BAMS/GNM/B.Sc Nursing. CCCH course is open to B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing candidates who have passed B.Sc Nursing on or after July 2020.
- Age Limit : 40 Years
- Salary : Rs. 30,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary) + Rs. 10,000/- Incentive
Pharmacist (PHC/UPHC/RBSK and other Prog.)
- Education Qualification : Bachelor’s / Diploma in Pharmacy from a government recognized institution. Registration with Gujarat Pharmacy Council is mandatory. Basic computer course is mandater.
- Age Limit : 40 Years
- Salary : Rs. 16,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
Audiologist (Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist)
- Education Qualification : A Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathlogy / B.Sc (Speech and Hearing) from RCI recognized institute.
- Age Limit : 45 Years
- Salary : Rs. 19,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
Audiometric Assistant
- Education Qualification : A Technical person with 1 year diploma in hearing, language and speech (DHLS) from RCI recognized institutes.
- Age Limit : 45 Years
- Salary : Rs. 15,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
ANM / FHW (PHC/UPHC and other Prog.)
- Education Qualification : Must have passed std 12th and must have complete ANM Course, Basic Computer Course from a government recognized or Nursing Council recognized Institutes.

- Salary : Rs. 15,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
Staff Nurse
- Education Qualification : B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from a government recognized institutes, registration with Gujarat Council is required, basic computer course should be completed.

- Salary : Rs. 20,000/- (Monthly Fixed Salary)
MPHW (Male)
- Education Qualification : Standard 12th Pass and MPHW Basic Course OR Std 12 and Government Valid Sanitary Inspector Certificate. Must have Computer Course Certificate. or other details
