Paresh Goswami’s prediction
Meteorologist Paresh Goswami has predicted that a strong low-pressure system has formed in the Arabian Sea, which may develop into a cyclone in the future. This low-pressure is likely to move in a northwesterly direction, and if it turns into a cyclone, it will be named by Sri Lanka. The factors for the formation of a cyclone have been activated in the Arabian Sea. If this cyclone forms, it may follow the track of the 2023 cyclone Bipperjoy. In such a situation, it may reach the coast of Saurashtra, Kutch or Pakistan. Experts believe that this cyclone has the potential to become more powerful than other cyclones.
This year, the monsoon is likely to set in earlier than the scheduled time, because every year the monsoon reaches Kerala around June 1, but this year the monsoon is likely to reach Kerala on May 27-28. On the other hand, rain warnings are being given even before the monsoon sets in. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Gujarat for the next 7 days. According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, scattered rain is predicted in the state for the next 2 days, while there are chances of widespread rain after 2 days. Some areas may experience rain with strong winds.
