Ambalal Patel Forecast: Gujarat Heavy Rain in July
The state has been receiving continuous rains since the arrival of Meghraja and the forecast of rains is still unchanged. Meteorologist Ambalal Patel, while talking to News 18 Gujarati, said that how many parts of the 29 states will receive heavy rains. Heavy rains may occur in East Central Gujarat, South Gujarat, North Gujarat. There will also be rains in Saurashtra.
He said that heavy to very heavy rains will occur in parts of the state from July 3 to 7. North Gujarat, East Central Gujarat, South Gujarat and Saurashtra will experience heavy and very heavy rains in some parts. There will be a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in parts of the state after July 6 when a strong system arrives in the Bay of Bengal.
Rain Phases from 9th to 30th July
There will be heavy rain in Saurashtra from 9 to 15 July. There will be a possibility of heavy rain in North Gujarat, East Central and South Gujarat. While on 18 to 19 July, if the monsoon axis remains towards the south, the rain may decrease. There will be a possibility of heavy rain again from 23 to 30 July. There will be a possibility of rain with wind speed from 28 to 29 July and 2 August.
