My Ration Gujarat App: The Gujarat government has announced the commencement of ration distribution for Antyodaya and NFSA (National Food Security Act) beneficiaries from November 1, 2025. This initiative ensures that no eligible family is deprived of essential commodities such as wheat, rice, pulses, sugar, and salt. Over 75 lakh families, covering nearly 3.25 crore people, will benefit under this program.
Free Wheat and Rice, Subsidized Essentials
As per the state government’s advance planning, wheat and rice will be distributed free of cost, while other essential items like pulses, sugar, and salt will be provided at subsidized rates. The government has ensured sufficient stock and completed the financial arrangements to prevent any disruption in supply.
Transparent and Monitored Distribution System
To maintain transparency, the Food and Civil Supplies Department is continuously monitoring the distribution process at the district and taluka levels. Officials have been instructed to ensure that no beneficiary is left out.
Guidelines for Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries must carry their ration card to the nearest fair price shop to collect their November 2025 quota. The government has assured that all eligible Antyodaya and NFSA families will receive their rightful share.
Government’s Objective
The main goal of this initiative is to ensure food security by delivering essential commodities to every eligible household. This will provide significant relief to poor and middle-class families across the state.
